GM Induction Heater GM10

GM Induction Heaters are designed to heat the Bearings and other shrink-fit components prior to mounting, using latest technology intelligent microcontroller based electronic controls. The life of Bearings and other torque transmitting steel components, which are shrunk-fit on shaft, may get cut short due to rough handling and faulty installation or mounting methods. This can be avoided by expanding them by induction heating for the purpose of mounting of the component. GM Induction Heaters are available in different models for mounting, range of bearings having bore size from 10 mm and above. Fast, safe and economical heating of bearings is best features of GM Induction heaters. GM Induction Heater - GM10 has medium capacity to heat the components with intelligent micro controller based electronic controls. It can be easily carried to the site of operation, using specially designed handle provided on both sides. It can heat a bearing of 50 kg to 60 kg to temperature of 110oC with in 7 minutes. GM Induction Heater - GM10 consists of the control mounted on main body of Induction Heater and a remote control is provided for higher efficiency.
